The technology systems we have in place and use to serve our clients are robust and can be easily and securely accessed, regardless of where our team members and clients are working.
Going forward, we’ve transitioned all client meetings to be virtual. By utilizing the latest secure version of Zoom, we have the ability to video conference and share screens with you. We can setup a virtual meeting and provide you with a secure, private Zoom link. You can participate from your computer, tablet or even your mobile phone (although a larger screen is recommended). It is simple and easy to use.
You can now participate in our educational workshops from the comfort of your home. Throughout the year, we are presenting market updates and investor education through interactive online seminars. Upcoming events are announced by email.
Secure File Transfer
We have the ability to send and receive files using Dropbox as a secure file transfer portal. This option eliminates the need to mail or hand deliver sensitive documents, such as financial statements.
We can open investment accounts and most paperwork can be signed digitally via DocuSign. This tool allows you to electronically sign documents without needing to print, sign and scan it back to us. It also automatically notifies us when you’ve completed signing the documents so we can keep the process moving forward.
Secure Email allows us to electronically deliver sensitive information, such as your account number, directly to your email inbox with end-to-end encryption.
